Predictable Problems

Posted in General by admin | No Comments »

Sometimes we ask for organizational trouble by not thinking ahead to avoid problems. We become so used to being insulted and frustrated by the conditions in the house that we begin to think of them as normal and unavoidable.
I used to suffer the same inconveniences over and over again because I never took time to thoughtfully prepare to make things easier for myself. Finally I admitted that I would not let other do to me what I was doing to myself. this realization propelled me to make changes. Suddenly I could move more effortlessly through every day.
A few proactive steps can save time and work and keeps us sailing smoothly in calm organizational waters. For example, youll head off many predictable problems if you simply buy a manageable bedcover. Youll avoid having a soiled, messy look to your bed if you buy a duvet with an easy-on-easy-off cover. When your bed needs freshening, youll be able to pop it in the washing machines effortlessly instead of wrestling with the whole comforter, which may be difficult to wash and dry at home. youll have the additional advantage of being able to change the mood of your room just by changing the coverlet. Store several for seasonal change. You can also try writing storage reminders. If you split up like items in storage, place a reminder note with each stash reminding you where the other items are stored.

Society in human behavior

A society represents a geographical aggregate and has boundaries, similar government or a group of persons engaged in social relationships for a meaningful interaction. A key concept in the study of society is that of folkways. The term” folkways” simply describes the way in which folks modern or primitive people act and react as they go about the everyday business of living. They try to seek pleasure and avoid pain. Experience teaches every individuals that some ways of doing things are less painful than others; therefore, the pleasanter way- in the long run- becomes the habitual way. Eventually the individuals believes that it is the only way.

After people have been practicing folkways for a long timw, they became convicned that these particular way of doing things are indispensable to the welfare of the group as a whole. If things are done differently, they fear calamity will result. When this fear for the welfare of society has caast its spell over folkways, these become mores- fixed customs-that have the force law. Violation of mores becomes a crime against society.

The foundation of every society is a group of individuals with a set of common ideas, attitudes, interests, and styles of living united by common goals. As individuals interact in society, they develop individual personalities; thus personality can be defined as the organization of biological, psychological, socio cultural and educational factors which underlie a person’s behavior. It is a product of multifarious factors which include his innate biological heritage, his environmental experiences and cultural linkages. As human being interacting with one another they exchange the meanings of their environmental and experiences which partly become basis of culture. Thus, culture reflects one’s personality. we can therefore speak of different culture.

Social System

The word system can be traced back to Arsitotle who suggested that the whole is greater than the source of its parts. The concept of general systems theory founded by biologist, Von Vetalanfy in 1920, assumes that general laws and concepts for the foundation of such diseasse fields as biology and physiology, the physical sciences, the basic concepts of economics and psychology in the social sciences, are the things do not just happen, but rather that they evolve from the multiple causes and multiple effects. A system may be defined as a series of interrelated and interdependent parts, such that the interaction of interplay of any of the subsystems affects the whole in an orgazzanition. The human being, for example, is a system. It consists of a number of organs and limbs, and only when these are functioning in a coordinated way is the human effective. This is the same a in a business firm. The accounting section does not work independently from manufacturing, marketing, leagal sections and others. All areas or sections within the organization function in a coordinate way to be effectively productive for progress.

For our purposes we shall briefly discuss the human organization and social organization to show the individual’s relation to the total system. This organization operates in a complex system of values and relationship which may ne conceptualizd as a social system.

Human Organization

Human organization as a system can be likened to a human model using the biological approach which considers the nervous, circulatory, digestive, preproductive, etc. system as separate systems. Each of these individual systems is a subsystem of the total system which is interrelated and interdependent.

In addition to this model the psychological perspective of human system will also be considered. The important variables feelings, values, and norms of behavior all interact wth other variables. These are influenced by other variables. As we learn human behavior in organization, we use the psychological- biologicaly perspective to study human being as a complete system and also as a sub-system of the social organization and of society as a whole. From this context human organization may be considered as a system of roles.

For me working clothes are not just for fashion and for identity. But I do believe it is also a factor for the Leadership development. A good example for this was the chef uniforms where we do know that the chef is a kind of work where you look presentable and professional. Thinking that there’s a lot of difference of the kitchen staff uniform to the chef’s. But as a person for me I feel more confident wearing the uniform that also represent the level of my job at work. As the ampoule a led lighten up my clothes on the dressing area it makes me feel proud with my position.

I do believe that you will not just look the proper gromming at work but wearing the proper uniform can give you a lot of comfort as you work on job.

I am a bit of a car fanatic! When I was fifteen, my first major project was rebuilding a ‘69 Mustang fastback from the ground up … that was a sweet car but I kinda regret putting all that money into it as a kid. I worked full time after school in one of the Hotel at Coldwell Banker
to just pay for the restoration and when it came time to go to college I had to sell it to pay for tuition. I also wish that I had hung onto it because the car now would be worth in the condition I had it in in the late 70’s nearly $60,000.00, and I only got about $6500.00 for it when I sold it in the late 70’s.
On my oldest daughters 18Th birthday, I fixed up a ‘67 mustang for her and it was nearly in mint condition when I finished it. I couldn’t find all the stock parts where I was living at the time and had to settle for some new parts that made it not quite stock. She hung onto to it for a few years … then traded it for a new truck straight across … she really regrets it now because the truck is depreciating, but the mustang is worth more now than when she traded it.We came into the realization that it just have to be a matter of patience for everything. Now we are happy that the world has evolved and there are a lot of new schemes for cars and technology..It’s not too late to start all over again and my family wants to venture in buying old cars for remodeling and restoration.
